Bob’s primary role is investment analysis, acquisition, financing and sale of properties, and he is responsible for the day to day operations of the Company.  Bob, a CPA, started his career in public accounting and then was a tax accountant for Lincoln National Corporation.  He moved to Atlanta in 1984 when Kern acquired Lincoln National Development Corporation.
