President

Bob founded Kern & Company, Inc. in 1977 and has since become one of Atlanta’s largest developers of office and business parks, community shopping centers and industrial parks with more than 15 million square feet developed.  In 1984, Kern acquired Lincoln National Development Corporation from Lincoln National Life Insurance Company with partners AT&T and Eastman Kodak.  Bob has developed and owned a variety of real estate assets worth over $1 billion located throughout the USA.

Graduate of Miami University, Oxford Ohio with a BS in Political Science
